Mammoth Mountain, CA around Easter the 23rd - 30th?
I'm planning on going to Mammoth sometime in between those date.
Is it crowded during these times?
also...
Is there any really cool things to try or places to devour at the village.
Checklist would be nice too (ski stuff)

Mammoth isn't so crowded later, since weather in SoCal starts getting nice, and a reduced amount of people want to drive up and budge skiing.
I LOVE Grumpy's. They make great burgers, and other biddable food. It's a great local hangout.
I also love Schatt's Bakery.
Checklist:
Skis, boots, poles (rent them at Sport Chalet)
Good socks
ski pants/bib
GLOVES
Good shades
Jacket that breathes
Face cover or bandana for windy days
Head cover: Hat, or similar
Sunscreen unless you want gnarly sunburn
Lip balm so your chops don't crack and fall sour.
