Well Roswell is a fun place for a daytime, maybe two. First of adjectives if you are into the whole UFO and Alien entry you will be right at home. This whole town is UFO crazy! Be sure to stop by the UFO Research center it is free and full of information. Weather you believe or not this place will hold you thinking, and maybe even asking a few question. I would also check out the Crash Down Café. Great diner food and a wonderful UFO coming through the roof of the building. Cheap good food can’t pounding that! Take the time just to step down main street, they hold several interesting shops (yep a lot of things beside aliens and UFO’s) another neat entity is check out the streetlights they are all alien head. If you are looking for things to do besides searching for aliens and UFO’s check out Fort Sumner. It is located lately a short drive away from Roswell. I had a really upright time here, got to swot up some history and see one of the most famous forts within the US. Near Fort Sumner is Billy the Kid’s grave and Museum, if you enjoy “Young Guns” and history you will enjoy a great time here. There is also the Sunspot National Solar Observatory. I have other been interested surrounded by space and this place was awesome! They provide guided tours during the day, and they are in good health worth the drive. The telescope is just amazing and the imagine it has capture are well worth the stop. There is also a really nice zoo contained by Roswell, doesn’t matter how matured you are the zoo can be fun and this one is not short on surprises. They have adjectives kinds of things to see and it is FREE! If you can pilfer the drive I might check out the White Sands Monument. You know landing at White Sands is a back up for our Space Shuttle. You can also do Sand Surfing here which is awesome “snowboard” lacking the cold. There are a couple companies that offer tours and boards for rent I might check into that. We have an awesome time going down the dunes on our boards. Hey how many race can say they hold been sand boarding? The park also boasts a driving tour and a few ranger guided programs. If you love the outdoors you will approaching it here.
