Has anyone ever gotten a same light of day passport from somewhere contained by Philadelphia?
I always hear associates talking roughly a place in Philly you can walk to get passports surrounded by one day. Has anyone ever done this? Do you know how much more it costs than applying for a regular passport? Can you walk on a weekend, or is it only Monday-Friday? I tried looking for more info online, but I'm not sure if I found the right site or not.
Even if you could of late tell me where on earth this place is and how I could contact them, I'd really appreciate it! =)

You'd hold to go to a regional passport facility and yes nearby is one in Philly.
Their service is on a first come first serve appointment proof and you have distribute them proof that your traveling within 2 weeks. If this is for work, a dispatch on company letterhead will suffice if the tickets aren't booked yet.

You can make an appointment at the following # 1-877-487-2778. Go on the passport website as planned by a previous comentor and fill out the application. Then shift to walgreens and have two photos taken. Make sure that you own all of the other documents down on the website or they wil not be able to process your application. You can also gain your passport at any participating post office.
Call and rota an appointment.
as for getting there, of late get bad at 2nd Street and walk further surrounded by the direction of South Street, Chestnut isnt that hard to find.
There are 13 regional passport office in the U.S where on earth you can go for same morning service. See 1st site below. You can go to the 2nd site to see detail of documents you need and to print out the forms to saturate out. you will need to name the office to receive an appt...then budge and wait prob. several hrs. Good Luck.
I've done this, and they were highly easy to work near in Philly. You plainly need to show up near all your paperwork contained by order. (You inevitability to show proof that you require an immediate passport. I brought my plane tickets next to me and that worked.) It was nearly 5 years ago, and at the time the passport cost me between $200-$250. It might be different immediately.
