No hostels, please. I would like to own a private room with private tub. Also, the area must be not dangerous and near a subway station...two to three blocks away max. The subway ride can be as much as 15 to 20 minutes away, but hopefully lacking too many transfers. I know this is a complicated request...but I still infer it is realistic. Thank you impressively much for your input.
