Where is the best/safest neiborhood to live contained by Chicago,IL?
My family,and I are moving to Chicago subsequent month..and we're looking for a house with atlesat 3 bedrooms (we're comming from Florida)
Of course we want wherevers closer to downtown,but we're solely willing to retribution 1500-1700 for rent which im pretty sure isnt enough for somewhere within that area?
What neiborhood is the best/safest to live,and which cut?(south,north chicago).Thanks =)

Mount Greenwood. In super duper south west Chicago
It's probably the best neighborhood you're going to find, but it's not that close to downtown. But it certainly is glib to get within, it's only resembling, a mile away from a train that will take you to the heart of downtown Chicago.
You'll markedly want to work with a local definite estate agent, but you can also check out some background on Chicago's copious neighborhoods.
The Chicago Police Dept. has a map system that can break down crime rates by neighborhood:

North Shore! Winnetka, Wilmette, Kenilworth, Highland Park, Glencoe, Glenview, Northfield, Northbrook are adjectives super nice! They are expensive but these suburbs are only 30 minutes from downtown in need traffic!
In Chicago, the cops hold to live within the city limitations. There are several areas that are about as far out of the city as you can bring back without in reality moving out of the city. Edison Park on the northwest side is one of them. I've heard that surrounded by some areas upt 50% of the residents are either policemen or firemen.
I recommend Oswego because where on earth building up a boomtown. We have bright resturants and stores and we have fresh subdivtions. It's school district is the best and Oswego East High School is the number one High academy in Illinois. That's why I reccomend Oswego 308 District.
