Miami have the highest percentage of foreign born residents within the world! 59 percent of Miami residents were born outside the US. So as you can envision it is a very international city. The most dominant food and culture within Miami is Cuban than I would say Haitian and Argentinean food is thoroughly popular and than Colombian and Venezuelan. Also Miami has alot of Italians,French,South Africans too. Also a the third largest Jewish population contained by the world. Miami is a very diverse city and its not close to being surrounded by the US. Spanish is the number one language contained by Miami followed by English and than Creole. Miami actually have three official language. Its more like a South American/Caribbean city than American. Its great. So a short time ago think Latin and Caribbean things especially Cuban,Haitian,Argentinean,Colombian and Venezuelan.
There is a significant Cuban and Jewish population there.
