Are illegals within Arizona really moving to Texas?

I've heard due to stricter law being implement in their current states, illegals are moving to states next to more lenient immigration law. Here in Texas the city of Flower Mound (near Dallas) only approved a law surrounded by January that prohibits apartment complexes and other rental properties from leasing to people surrounded by this country legally. I'm sure other cities here will follow soon.
