Davis, California: Your thoughts?

Answers:
I live here and i love it! It is a cute little town.It is have lots of bikes and it has tons of relatives downtown! Everybody knows everybody and near is of course the farmers flea market which happens twice a week at a park within the middle of Davis. Here they sell adjectives kinds of fruit, bread and they hold popcorn, a carrosel, and water that shoots up from the ground for little kids to go underwater in. It is really a great place to own your kids grow up. There is so many perfect things in ths town including around 7 colorful elementary school with apposite teachers and playgrounds. Then the kids move up into one of the 3 junior dignified schools which adjectives have some of the best test score in the state. Then to DHS (Davis High School) which have a very diverse population of culture and extremely intelligent teachers. Considering this is a college town most of the general public who live here are very cultured and liberal. This makes our town fun and loose but safe and sound. We are able to ride to the movies or lunch because you can ride your bike to anywhere contained by Davis based on how small it is. Even though this is a really great place for kids i don't infer adults like it as much. At first it is fun and nice to know such a small community...but after you seem to involve more than what a little town offer. Such as: It gets really hot within the summer and really cold in the winter, we enjoy no hills except the phony ones made around rainbow city and we have narrowly any stores to buy clothes or anything besides your basic food and living wishes. I love Davis and have loved growing up contained by it, but i think as i grow so should my enviro ment. I don't believe i will stay in Davis much longer so I can live my time but i may come back to make a contribution my kids the childhood that i had.
Nice little college town
Berekley wannabe. 26 square miles surrounded by reality.
Stream of consciousness: charming, verbs, small town-like but with more diversity of food and stores than other similar sized towns surrounded by the Valley (due to more upscale buyers). University focused. I have the print (from relatives and friends who live there) that there are strong neighborhoods - relations know each other and monitor after one another's kids. Lots of trees. Hot in the summer. Outdoorsy. Easy to get hold of to the mountains for backpacking. Easy to get to the river for rafting, fishing, kayaking or to the delta for motor boating.
Great place to bump up a family. Not a great place to be single (unless you're a student).
I'm a city individual so I wouldn't want to live there but I can see why seriously of poeple might.
