Anyone own a Bar surrounded by Key West ?

Hi I was wondering if anyone owned a Bar contained by Key West ? What does one need to doif one be for sale as far as local law.. is it worth it ..Just a take principally situation . Thanks

it would take millions to buy one of the established bar and no one is going to put on the market a gold mine similar to Hogs Breath Saloon or Sloppy Joe's (which have be in equal family for generations). if they do put on the market I am sure there is a local who will own a better chance than an outsider
