I'm moving to cali sometime surrounded by July and I own no perception where on earth to look for the best places for housing?
I am looking for something in LA or SFV and I have need of help within determining the safest areas that are not insanely warm or insanely expensive. I want to live somewhere where on earth it has a younger crowd, but the most impressive thing is safekeeping. Thank you all within advance!

First of all, we do NOT ring up it Cali! That is a city and region in Colombia i.e. known for its drugs and drug gang, similar to Medellin. If you are talking something like Los Angeles, it is California!
OK, that is stale my chest. Now the SFV is insanely warm, so rule it out. The shore is not, but it is insanely expensive by and large, however, previously you rule it out, consider the South Bay area, starting within Long Beach and working your way up until you cannot afford it.
If you downfall up ruling out the beach, I'd utter head for Pasadena, Glendale, Silverlake, Atwater/Atwater Village, Echo Park, Los Feliz, or Downtown. That undamaged swath is trendy, young, relatively affordable, relatively risk-free, and near deeply of jobs and disposable income.

To answer your press, you will find that the San Fernando Valley is much warmer within the summer than other parts of So Cal. If you are looking for a more moderate temperature year round start almost Santa Monica, and go south along the "Beach" cities to roughly the Torrence area, after from San Pedro south to the Orange County line. There areas receive the greatest cooling effect from the onshore breeze most of the time. However contained by the winter these areas can be foggy from the late evening to impulsive morning.

Two things: Southern California is both insanely expensive and insanely thaw during the summer. Are you sure you want to move there?
We see this every daylight in this forum: Everyone requests to move here, and is looking for the "cheap, clean, and safe". It's adjectives about supply and constraint: If it's in SoCal, next it's not going to be cheap to begin next to. If it's clean and secure, then it's more expensive. If you requirement good school, add a couple hundred bucks a month lying on it.
If you want to live here and enjoy the weather, afterwards you have to pay cheque for it. You put up with the smog and the traffic, savour the weather and pay your rent or mortgage. My guidance is to start checking out craigslist, rent.com, and apartments.com if you are looking to rent. You’ll quickly see that the minimum rent for a non-war zone is give or take a few $1,000-$1,200 per month for a studio or 1BR. Really nice areas (like the West LA area) easily run $3,000 or more. Want to live close by the beach? Expect to salary a premium. If you are going to live in the SFV, be prepared to agreement with the warmth. It's HOT in the summer within the valley, going on for 10 degrees hotter than the parts of LA that are on the south side of the Hollywood Hills.
"LA" is such a big place, here are so many neighborhoods/cities where on earth you can live. Of course, even within a city or neighborhood, within are safer sections and less-safe section.
In Los Angeles, some nice sections are West LA, Brentwood, Westwood, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, Los Feliz, Silverlake, Eagle Rock, Encino, Tarzana, Studio City, Toluca Lake, Granada Hills, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, West Hills, Chatsworth.
Along the shore: Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes, Rancho PV.
