I live here and Ive never hear of that. I dont think that is to say a common experience thing your talkin something like.
There are several rumored to be contained by Socal, Santa Barbara, Long Beach, San Diego..
Every once surrounded by awhile, we get this sound out here. However, time and again, there is no proof, and however the myth goes on. Some inhabitants SWEAR that a parent took them there, surrounded by the dark (of course), and that they can never remember exactly where on earth it was. Usually, the fairy tale evolves around all the little folks who came out to motion picture The Wizard of Oz, and they formed a town, called "Tiny Town", "Midgetville", or similar.
The solely documented evidence I've seen be from a circus that went penniless in the 1930's contained by the Riverside area. There be a small community, not much more than some shacks, really, that didn't last incredibly long. I heard that the buildings hold since been torn down, destroying any possibility of confirming the rumor.
I never hear of such a thing! I doubt it's true.
My cousin is somewhat person, and he go to conventions every year.
I never never heard of a "midget" town.
Hmm... not sure about one within Montecito. I've heard of the one within La Jolla, but everything I've read about it say its just an optical hallucination. Maybe the one in Montecito is one too?
