The best option will be renting a vehicle if you can drive or buy a travel card and take the train and bus.
a rental car is your best bet. black cab is too expensive and if you dont know the bus system you could get lost for days.
rent a car bring the insurance and do not go alone. run to the garment district it is a hoot!
