What is the livelihood title for a being who does this?
The person who keep guests happy. I'm thinking approaching at a casino (like the people be on that show "Las Vegas"). What's the job title for keeping those happy and/or providing comps?

In Vegas, they are simply particular as Casino Hosts.
They handle the comps too.
