Whats the best path to cross the states?
I'm thinking of crossing the states from the east coast to the west, whats the best method? I'm currently considering driving (buying a car or renting one), using greyhound buses or the train. Anyone know whats best or hold any suggestions wheres worth seeing?

Car. I've done 33 states, it's awesome! You get to see everything and stop when you want. Do some research first for the stuff you approaching and plan your route accordingly. WORTH IT!

I can tell you that I plainly would not recommend the bus! I would either rent a vehicle or go by train. Train would be pretty cool if you could find off and spend some time at many places. Check with AMTRAK for their routes and schedule.
