Where are the "safe" neigborhoods within San Diego?

I have to dance to San Digeo for 8 months.
It will be my first time in America and I don't know anything nearly the city.

Where are the "safe" places, (low crime, high income citizens).

If you own to go to downtown nouns, Little Italy is nice, Mission Hills, stay in a three block surrounding area of 5th Avenue around Horton Plaza. It may be more expensive, but you'll be safer there.
Coastal areas: Carlsbad, Cardiff, Del Mar, La Jolla, UTC are well brought-up.
Mission Beach and Pacific Beach areas are littered with college kids, stay away from in that if you don't like loud party.
Rancho Bernardo and Penasquitos are awfully nice and some parts have gated communities and alot of big income people.
San Diego within general is a fundamentally safe city, i would suggest most places excluding very southern san diego and the deep beach
Most areas are pretty secure. Cities like LaJolla, Leucadia, Carlsbad, Mission Bay or even Pacific Beach are awfully safe.
Depends on your interests and where on earth you will be working or going to school, but here are some suggestions:

If you are really really glorious income:
La Jolla, Del Mar, Point Loma, Coronado, Solana Beach and Cardiff, which are all coast areas...

Rancho Santa Fe, Bonita, for a more low density locale (think property big enough for horses)...

If by "giant income citizens" you mean upper class but not luxurious, there are tons communities which fit that bill. I'd have suggested the Poway-Rancho Bernardo-Rancho Penasquitos nouns which is inland, north of the city of San Diego, except that because a number of homes within that area be burned in recent wildfires, the rents within the area hold skyrocketed. These areas are better if you are raising a own flesh and blood; less attractive for singles as they are primarily best for those looking for upright schools.

North coast communities of Encinitas and Carlsbad are nice unless you own to travel to downtown San Diego area frequently, if so, the traffic is a gloomy.

There are some nice middle class communities throughout San Diego county but it would take too much space here to delineate safer versus unsafe areas. You might want to use the local crime tracking computer program to attain more detailed information on what's safe:

If you are a younger soul (below 25) then most nation I know, including myself, started out in an apartment surrounded by Pacific Beach. It's beautiful, fun, centrally located, and have lots of cool stuff to do.
If you are a little more mellow and not into the sand party scene afterwards I would suggest anywhere in the San Diego city ends. Most places are safe except City Heights and Barrio Logan.
San Diego have someplace for everyone. It's a diversified city. You'll get here and find your idyllic little area. Good luck.
We live surrounded by Point Loma and love it. Very safe nouns. Sometimes traffic can be a pain but I meditate it is everywhere. I think the further inland you walk the rougher it gets. And the nice area's north of here such as Rancho Burnardo ably we all saw alot of that burn so thats something to infer about.
la jolla, mission hills, del mar, scripps arable farm, idk wat else
