Some of us arranged to trade tuition for the kid's school for a mortgage on a house. but not too far from the city next to all the amenties of city living ie food delivery and other like minded individuals
I can only speak for myself. It's too damn expensive to afford an apt. on my own so I have to move to NJ where it be cheaper but still close enough that commuting wouldn't be a headache. :)

carry in mind lots of culture more to NYC for professional reasons as young at heart adults and intend all along for it to be a intervening thing...after some number of years they confer on, either for "push" reason (don't like New York or don't regard as it's "worth it" monetarily) or "pull" reasons (miss another portion of the country, want to reunite with friends/family, or hold a new commission opportunity elsewhere) or both.
Tired of a busy lifestyle, want to move into a more rulal nouns where the lifestyle is better and park is cheaper.
