Answers:
I sure hope so - I be there ultimate fall and spent $2000 for 6 days/nights (rented a house, 3-day parkhopper pass for 3, food and gas from twice the distance you'd travel).
Unless you stay at some place really expensive, spend a fortune on "souvenirs" or drive a Sherman tank, you should be fine.
Plenty..
You know your budget better than I do, so here's a elementary calculation I other use:
Total room costs (you can check at the hotel you want to book)
+Total Ticket costs (you can check those at Disneyland's website)
+Gas Expenses ((gas = miles*2 / avg miles/liter for your car) * price per liter)
+Other Travel Expenses (Motel, food underway, adjectives other probable costs when traveling)
$2000 - (minus) the total you calculated above = (equals) the money you can spend at Disneyland. If that amount seems too little you can try to cut costs surrounded by the statements above.
I personally assume it should be enough.
