1st timer within vegas..please sustain?
besides taxi service, how can i draw from from airport to best western inn next to cashman center. arriving around 10:30pm
friday darkness. any shuttles to that area?
Answers:
Yes. Take the Grayline Shutte. Follow the signs to shuttles after you procure your bags. Should be around $8
That late at hours of darkness it would not be advisable to take a bus because you would hold to transfer I bet. I don't know of any shuttles within that part of town. Sorry
You own been given a great deal of good information already so within is nothing that I can append. Do some research, call your motel and ask them, here are lots of options. Just take heed. and above all hold fun.
Taxi is nearly it that I know of,it should run you between $9 and $15 or so.. Not sure where best western inn is so it might be more.
If you turn on the webisite it should tell you.
The shuttle will hold you to any hotel you want. I would go that route over the Taxis anytime.

McCarran can be terribly busy on Friday nights and the hackney carriage line get VERY long(1-2 hour wait for a black cab is not unusual) Normally by 10:30 the rush has slowed down considerable, unless within is a special event in town.
If you travel light(carry on luggage) you can hold the CAT bus from McCarran to the (DTC) >downtown/Fremont<
Catch either the #108 Paradise or #109 Maryland Pkwy North bus to downtown from "Ground Level Transportation 0" at McCarran. You will see the sign on your right as you approach the belongings claim area.
The 108 & 109 stop at McCarran nearly every 7 minutes. They are seldom crowded at any time. Very few tourists take this bus(because they don't know it's there) By that time of the dark it will just be a few locals and airport organization.
The #113 CAT bus runs over to Cashman, it's only 7 minutes from the DTC. The total cost for a 24hr CAT slip away is $2.50. The only problem I see is that the #113 lone departs the DTC every 30 minutes that time of night.
The site I give you above has a document of all the airport shuttle services. You can check next to them. Personally I do not like the shuttles, they are my proper last pick, but, they may in this case(if they dance to the best western) your best option.
Or - You could embezzle the CAT to downtown, get bad at the Fremont Street stop then transport a Taxi the last mile of so over to Cashman. This would amass you the most "time & money"

Shuttle are always past due. We almost missed our flight last time on our road back and the airport is not far from the strip. Its worth it to win a taxi!!
