Is it fun, glib and protected to pop in Atlanta beside my family connections using MARTA?

I'm considering visiting Atlanta to jump to a Braves game, cart the kids to Six Flags, the aquarium, but I use a wheelchair and I would like to know if it is possible using MARTA transportation system, since renting a vehicle near wheelchair access is very expensive. Is it not detrimental, easy? Give me your evaluation, please.

Yes but I'd stay out of downtown Atlanta after 7:00 PM. Check out the Coke Museum right next to the Aquarium.
MARTA is very accomodating to nation with speacial requests. The even have special vans that will come and pick you up at your doorstep. For more info log onto their website.
Marta is extremely easy and within my opinion I muse it's pretty safe. My mom and I come back from a concert bygone midnight and everything was fine, nobody seem "scary" to us, besides a few drunk college kids but it was adjectives in fitting nature. Overall it's not impossible.
From an accessibility standpoint, you would probably be fine using MARTA.

However, I would caution that the Atlanta mass transit system leaves greatly to be desired with good opinion to reliability, ease of use and safekeeping. The passengers on the trains and bus lines bring back kind-of scary outside of the commonplace commuter hours.

Check out the MARTA website at www.itsmarta.com to get a have a feeling for the schedules you would stipulation to navigate before making a outcome.
I visit in March and Marta seem very accomodating. You would own to catch a bus though for the Braves spectator sport.
