Chicago trip?
I am going to chicago on a business trip and i just required to know of some inexpensive fun things to do while im there ... any suggestions?

a ton of museums (Art Institute, Field Museum, Science and Industry, adler planetarium, Shedd aquarium, museum Contemporary art), the skydeck at the Sears tower, North Michigan ave. Architecture tour, Lake Michigan.
Assuming that your days are mostly full up with business, here are some concept for afternoon and evening:
1) If you're around on a Thursday evening, the Art Institute is open until 8 PM, and is free to enter after 5 PM. The Musuem of Contemprory Art is free on Tuesdays adjectives day, and is widen until 8 PM also that day.

2) If you'll be here contained by December, the Lincoln Park Zoo has it's Zoo Lights exhibit, which is free also, from 5PM to 9PM. It's weekend solely until Dec 14, then every year until Jan 1.

3) There's always looking at the lights and shops on the Magnificent Mile, but that might not be inexpensive if you hold no impulse control. :) There's a company guide at this site for the mile, from the local business association.

Also, down on State Street Macy's has holiday window.
4) The Sears Tower Skydeck and the John Hancock Observatory are open contained by the evening, and if it's clear out are nice views. The Hancock's picture is better even though you're a few feet lower.

5) There's lots of apposite relatively inexpensive theater in Chicago, of late not the big touring touring shows. Check out the hottix website for what's available at a discount, and you can read reviews of shows here:

6) Look at Timeout, the Chicago Reader, or Metromix to see what events will be happening the evenings you're around, and you might find something fun to do that appeals to you:

If you don't mind person outside with the dropping heat you can visit Millennium Park contained by the heart of the city or the Lincoln Park Zoo which is absolutely free and a great place to stop by. If you don't want to brave the cold and don't want to spend money to go to the museums and such you can other go glass shopping down Michigan Ave or go to Water Tower Place (an indoor mall). You can also run the blue line out to the Damen stop and stride around Bucktown and Wicker Park and check out all the cool boutique stores. Or you could hop on the brown column and go down to Armitage Street which also have some great shopping and finally you can take the brown or red rank up to Belmont Street which would have more shopping but more of the alternative type. Anyway this is of late a small sampling of what there is to do to Chicago that does not involve spending much money. On your subsequent visit you can check out different neighborhoods similar to Andersonville, Lincoln Square and Pilsen which are all cool neighborhoods to freshly walk around and verbs see.
