Horrible. The supply and demand for job is not in your favor because everyone and within brother wants to live at hand. Also for this reason the tangible estate market is insane. You will involve some serious money just to attain started off at hand. If you are lucky enough to win a well paying commission then your simply set.
horrible dont move here
The unemployment rate is one of the lowest surrounded by the country on Oahu somewhere around 2-3% the last time I checked. Some of the other islands are a touch different (Molokai for example has a relatively lofty level of dismissal but thats due to a lack of job available). The problem with finding a commission in Hawaii is the industries are pretty restricted so whether or not you can find a good assignment with biddable benefits depends on your skills/experience/degrees. The main industries are military, tourism/hospitality, and agriculture and none of those are large paying industries for an average unskilled worker. If you have a college level in a business type subject and hold good experience later you should have no problem finding a living on the main 4 islands. But if you're a personality moving here from the mainland then a great deal of potential employers are going to be skeptical of how long you will if truth be told stick it out in Hawaii.
A devout site to check out for jobs on the islands is http://www.kamaainajobs.com or http://www.honoluluadvertiser.com . I emphatically recommend putting some resumes out before you manufacture the move. Most of my friends who have moved here own started out working temporarily in the service/hospitality industry for 2-3 months formerly landing a better paying job. Good luck!
Actually, our unemployment horizontal is very low. But generality don't mean much; what you are interested within is the job open market for your particular profession or file of work.
