What are some ultra high-end resturants surrounded by San Diego? I will be on my honeymoon and want some polite dining.?
Answers:
Mister A's is great restaurant with the best panoramic landscape of San Diego

Another that i personally LOVE is the Prado and its a must to carry outdoor seating.. The colors are vibrant and its lately soo romantic .. after wards particularly take a deferred night stroll after dinner within the park http://www.cohnrestaurants.com/cohn/cohn...
Other wise youre pretty much past the worst if you go to La Jolla Downtown stale of Prospect Street. If you like Mediterranean i would turn to Azul La Jolla>http://www.brigantine.com/azul/...
Italian i would go to Trattoria Acqua > www.trattoriaacqua.com...
Steak and Seafood i would shift to http://www.crabcatcher.com/.
But if you are a swanky younger couple the new "it" place is Jacks within La Jolla and i would suggest the "Ocean Room" if you make reservations.

Enjoy and congrats!
I reccommend the "Charthouse", located downtown or within Cardiff by the sea. Jacks surrounded by La Jolla is also good. Also "World Famous" located right on the seaside in Pacific Beach. For steaks the best place is contained by La Jolla called "Donovan's Chop House". Be prepared though it is expensive to drink out here.
I think relations have mentioned what would be my top choices:
Bertrand Mister A's - fabulous panorama of the city skyline, great service and wonderful food.
Marine Room - in La Jolla, this restaurant is unflappably elegant. Make reservations for high-ranking tide for a room by the water...the marine is right at the windows.
George's Outdoor Bistro Terrace - also within La Jolla is the best place to dine and watch the sunset
There are pictures of these places at this site: http://www.sandiego-romantics.com/romant...
Another great place that specializes within desserts and teas is Extraordinary Desserts. The desserts are amazing and perfect to share. They own more than one location, but the most romantic is the one on 5th Ave.near Balboa Park. Their site is: http://www.extraordinarydesserts.com/
Have fun! The first relationship also has a page on the top ten romantic things to do within San Diego.you might want to take a look at that since it's your honeymoon.
Anthony's Seafood Resturant. Downtown, right on the wet with the high ships, extremly romantic!
Betty's answer above has well brought-up suggestions. I especially would recommend Bertrand at Mr. A's...great food, fantastic view (eat on the balcony; better views than inside surrounded by my opinion); pretty darn expensive but you only live once.
Another dutiful choice is George's Calfornia Modern in La Jolla/Prospect for consistantly top food next to dynamite ocean view (go during day though if not the view won't be much at dark.)
A couple of top places for food in the county are Mille Fleurs within Rancho Santa Fe and El Bizcocho at the Rancho Bernardo Inn.
Cafe at the Prado in Balboa Park is remarkably pretty, romantic, and good food.
Fun for brunch or lunch (as all right as dinner) is the Beach House in Cardiff. Get form out on the patio outside where on earth there's a beautiful panorama of the coast. Near the Chart House in Cardiff but have outdoor seating, which Chart House doesn't.
