Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport?
if i were to enjoy a flight thaat would land around
3:30 within the afternoon on a thursday,
how long would it take to get hold of my luggage,
go to the rental vehicle place, pick up my rental car,
and start driving to my hotel.
(a) what time (approx.) would i be doing a tour?
4pm? 4:15pm? 4:30pm?

well its not LAX its nice and small. honestly the lines shouldnt be to crowed so I wopuld right to be heard about 45min

About 4:30. It doesn't help yourself to too long to get your luggage at Sky Harbor - conceivably 30 minutes to get rotten the plane, get to kit claim, wait for your daypack, and get out of the airport - but the rental motor facility is off-site, so you have to pinch a shuttle there, and that take about 15 minutes, plus you enjoy to be there more or less 15 minutes to get your coup¨¦.
i would vote closer to 5p.
my bf works for us airways and he says it can steal up to 45mins to get your luggage sour the plane sometimes.
if you plan on 5p and you hit the road earlier-you're ahead of the game

I would say 4:30. The gear has be really slow at PHX lately. My last three trips it took nearly partially an hour to get my oodles. If there's any way to return with by without checking luggage, I'd progress with that.
The nice entity about PHX is the airport is pretty simple and inside. Not sure if you're heading out on the road at an wonderful time though. Traffic can be rough from 4-7, but it matters where on earth you're going. Avoid the 202 and the 60. Feel free to message me if you want to talk traffic within more detail.
depends on which airline you're on and car rental agency you're using. Southwest get me out the door pretty quickly (30 minutes or less), some saloon rental places can take 30 minutes to an hour.
maybe 4:45? If your arrival is prompt and how long the luggage takes are the big variables nearby...

to the airport and afterwards rent your car from near
(a lot of airport rental agencies will charge you more)
It probably won't take you more than 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to capture on the road, but depending on where on earth your hotel is it will probably take you an hour to procure there, because you are chitchat the beginning of rush hour...and the airport is downtown contained by the middle of all those cars...I drive that every time.
