Thinking of moving to Pheonix, Peoria, Glendale Arizona??
I am from outside boston and a bit tired of the cold, the snow, the high rents, etc. We are thinking moving to Arizona, we own been looking contained by the towns around Pheonix, any suggestions on the best towns, good school, decent job etc. We don't mind the heat, we purely can't take the snow and rime. We were thinking Flagstaff but hear it snowed there.

Flagstaff does hold snow as it's in the mountains. Phoenix is radiator. the geography makes adjectives that difference. probably live in the pheonix nouns for jobs/schools ? take long weekends into Flagstaff when you are sick of fry.
If you move into Phoenix then walk for the South Mountain area it is nice.
I live in Glendale, and even though my selective condo community is awful, there are some really nice parts of the West Valley. Look up information on the Suprise, Arrowhead and Westgate areas - they are adjectives growing tremendously, have an upscale look and touch, with plenty of entertainment option nearby.
For better school, I'd probably direct you to Peoria - although in common, education surrounded by Arizona is typically not the best. That doesn't mean you can't find a really top-notch academy district, though.
There is also the East Valley, with Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert. Chandler and Gilbert are pretty much adjectives new, while Tempe is a college town, and Mesa is categorically no stranger to crime. My sister lives in a nice tranquillity neighborhood in Mesa, but I wouldn't live within, myself.
Phoenix proper is the Central Valley, and it runs from very nice to drastically scary. There are some exquisite old historic areas near gorgeous picturesque homes, new construction areas next to lots of brand new houses and shopping, and shady, run-down areas, complete with graffitti and gang hum. As a general rule, the further away you catch from South Phoenix, the nicer the area - but that's not other true. Parts of downtown are being renovated and market to younger, affluent people who want to be inside walking distance of their corporate jobs delight in the quirkiness of downtown life.
Jobs within the metropolitan Phoenix area are plentiful, but the clear isn't always the greatest. If you work within healthcare, manufacturing, aviation, or sale - you should have no problem finding steady work.
One closing tip - if you move to the Phoenix area, form sure your car have ice-cold nouns conditioning!
Well I am young, & not sure if you want to pilfer my advice on this subject,
adjectives though I have never be to Boston, I have lived surrounded by Missouri,where it snows as resourcefully.

In Peoria, I think it is really nice, and near are a lot of great school's out here, close to Peoria High school.& ASU(Arizona State University) is to die for :D
I WOULDN'T recommend moving surrounded by the Pheoinx area,don't attain me wrong, there are some nice places nearby, but it can get pretty "ghetto" down within, and not a good place to bring to the fore your children(if you have any). I grew up here, but that was in the order of 14 years ago and wasn't as bad. Once I moved out of my weak neighborhood, about a month latter, a 14 year old kid be killed(not trying to scare you). But the Peoria, Goodyear and Avondale areas are impressively nice.
As for jobs, you can take a decent position out here. All though I haven't really been out contained by the work world, so I don't have deeply of experince with this, so forgive me.
The weather;
if you resembling heat, you'll love it. The winter,more or less 39 degrees F is nearly as low as it gets. not too discouraging, right? :D

Gilbert is a great place...Moved here for a time over a year ago and I love it...you do need well-mannered air conditioning and a pool but sure beat the snow!
On the East Valley: Gilbert is one of the top 25 safest cities surrounded by the US and you have some great school in the Chandler Unified School District (which is split between Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek). Chandler have been one of the fastest growing cities contained by the US for years. Queen Creek is a little far out but it have amazingly cheap housing, as builders overbuilt during the housing boom. You could easily find a 4br for $150,000 or smaller quantity.
West Valley: Peoria is another fast growing city near good school. The area is roughly being revitalized due to the vent of the stadium. Though you'd want to stay away from some of the bad parts that border Glendale.
Hey my friend lives in a suburb and she have a good diary that your kids WOULD LOVE! Every Wednesday is a half time (she's in elem.) Her suburb is call Surprise you should check it out. I'm sorry but I don't know much about the school.
It does snow in Flagstaff, but it's profusely more mild than Boston. Still, if you want heat, next you want Phoenix. As for where, Phoenix is a bit grotesque and very unlike Boston surrounded by that it's so new, it hasn't really developed "neighborhoods" on the other hand. It's more "areas" and "locations," so there's nothing resembling, say, Beacon Hill.
Still, Scottsdale's downtown is nice, as is Glendale's, and there's some vastly nice areas in north and crucial Phoenix. Downtown Phoenix is also starting to boom, though it'll probably be after light railing comes in that it will really pocket off.

Chandler,Gilbert,Mesa are all great cities. Yes it does snow contained by Flagstaff so that wouldn't be good for you. Goodyear or Avondale are also virtuous.
