Waiting inside Chicago Union station for subsequent megabus is possible?

I will have around 4 hour stop over for my two megabus's at chicago, between 12:30-4:30 in the afternoon. Do you know if I can hang about inside the chicago union station for that? I would be have big 4 luggages.
I sort of know that union station doesnot allow mega bus passenger, but I am not too sure about this. Any give support to or info is really appreciated.

First off, in that is a part of Union Station to be precise off-limits to anyone other than Amtrak Passengers.at hand is a lounge where you loaf for Amtrak trains...which might be what they mean when they Union Station is off-limits to Megabus passenger.

There is the Great Hall in Union Station where on earth there are benches to sit on...I don't ruminate it matters if you are taking Metra or Amtrak or Megabus.I contemplate when they say Union Station is off-limits its the inside of the building where on earth Megabus parks.

In addition to the Great Hall.adjacent there is a inn and grill where you could wallow in something to eat. There is also a 2nd even which has more places to chomp through and relax while waiting for your next bus.

If you are adventurous, within are lockers in the gear claim area of Amtrak. You can store your luggage near and go out and explore Chicago for the few hours you are within town.

Here is a link to Union Station...enjoy fun!

in good health you could pretend to go to the Amtrak counter and ask
some put somebody through the mill *whats the fare on this train or that train?
(then say gratitude I
I'm not sure how they enforce their rule about no megabus patrons inside coalition station
Most definitely you can. There are bums who pretty much live their full days inside Union Station. Just walk to the ingenious station across the street (Megabuses stop in front of the clean station addition). There are plenty of places to hang around, achieve something to eat, etc. and destroy time.

As far as the station not allowing Megabus passengers, how would they know unless you give an account them? They could just assume you're waiting for a train. Granted, four big suitcases is like mad, but I'm sure you could park somewhere and hang out inconspiculously.

Oh, and as far as the benches contained by the Great hall... those are gone.
