I know that Sizzler and Hometown Buffet have private tryst areas (atleast the Hometown buffet in Cerritos does)...I'm not sure if it is free...but probably next to food order. Good luck!

In the Wal*Mart parking lot, Euclid and the 5, near is a small room that I knwo they rent out..I do not think it is free, but it is cheap. There is places approaching rubio's that you could order food from. Some of the Denny's own a room if you buy lunch there. The shopping precinct in Buena Park have room too they rent out
