I am moving to tempe/mesa arizona surrounded by the summer and am trying to find an apartment?
the most important entity to me is SAFETY. however i keep getting on websites for apartment ratings and such and they adjectives get such low approvals and make conversation about burglary. does anyone know of some nice, nontoxic apartments in a nice nouns?? or an honest apartment website?

I can't help you next to a recommendation, but hold on to in mind that most of the ratings on those sites are from associates who are upset with the complex for doesn`t matter what reason. People who be happy are not going to post on in attendance. So take adjectives of it with a particle of salt!!
Crime is everywhere.Best thing I would do is to jump to an Apartment finder place, tell the what you looking for, how much you can afford, and where on earth you want to live, an they will do the work for you.. They found my roommate an i an a great apt that same day we go, and we moved in a week then..
Best of luck..and Tempe is a great place to live..
You can always call upon the Tempe police department and ask for an information officer and they will give you the crime stats for the address where on earth you want to live..
Try finding a GATED apartment community. They are much safer.
I like Indigo Springs. It is located on Stapley and the US 60 within Mesa (close to shopping, dining, and entertainment).

I used to live in La Estancia Apartments within Tempe. They are not gated by they are in a relatively farming area of Tempe and I never hear of one car break contained by or anything the whole time I lived in attendance.

Dont move here, stay where on earth your at! You'll regret living here. I know i regret moving here.
I don't conjecture you will find any apartment complexes with a 100% awesome rating no thing where you shift. The Polo Club Apartments are great, the worst thing nearly these apartments is that when you come home late it's easier said than done to find a parking spot, unless you pay for a garage or covered parking.
