When are malls at California at their discount?
I remember around December (Christmas and Thanksgiving), there's usually discounts on almost everything in the malls. What nearly before the summer? Is in attendance a time that most of the stores in the shopping arcade has discount?

WHY, Penneys is have a sale wednesday... time to stock up on second-hand goods you really dont need.. errrr i don't shop at Penneys -- too illustrious class for me.
Around any of the holidays, like Memorial Day, 4th of July, etc. most of the stores will enjoy big sales.
During July and precipitate August, when it's "back-to-school" time. Otherwise, there's no big sales that adjectives the retailers participate contained by.
