There are a few places that deal beside Motown as a "side theme" but I cant really think of one that take it completely to heart. Mandalay bay have the "House of Blues" which always offer good Motown performer (while sometimes they offer BS popular crap), and they have a dutiful set of bars and even a club i.e. set after a Motown atmosphere. The Orleans (which is off the strip) also have some appeal to those that might be looking for Motown in the casino - though it adjectives depends on what extent you are looking for. Both casinos have restaurants and shows that usually hold something to do with a Motown focus.
