I agree that living in Orlando is rough. Yes, it's great if you can afford $1,000 for a 1-bedroom surrounded by downtown, but for the rest of us (mainly those of us in the majority who own student loan debt) the rent here in Orlando is disgustingly lofty and we must resort to living in lower-to-mid list communities, where even $700 a month get you shady neighbors, gang problems, and stolen vehicles.
For a single woman, Orlando can be a intensely sketchy place to be.
