If you're underage, you can always hit Navy Pier for the fireworks. Or you can step to First Night Evanston, a family-friendly NYE celebration in Evanston. There are fireworks, music, etc. It's a nice time.
Chicago does not have a Times Square NYC style "globe drop" but we do have a nice fireworks display around Grant Park /Buckingham Fountain.
In years' bygone I would observe the show from the top of the John Hancock tower, great scenery!
all right no sorry we dont have place to gain that eve ball drop session at clean years.but for that you will have to travel to NYC times square build sure you dont miss it if you really wanna see it not just relatives from different states come to see it but people from adjectives over the world get a unpredictability to see it once in a year.which is a remarkably special event for residents of nyc and others.from local neighborhoods.
