In Tucson at Davis Monthan Air Force Base. These had to be parked due to SALT agreements near the US and the USSR. These are aircraft that have the ability of carrying nuclear weapons. SALT stands for Stategic Arms Limitation Talks. You can drive by this and see some of it from the Pima Air Museum, which is nearly subsequent door.
I don't know going on for outdated, but there's a boneyard of sorts for commercial aircraft between Phoenix and Tucson at Pinal Air Park. You won't be able to receive any closer than the interstate though as there's some sort of crazy, secretive sort of stuff that go on there and it's amazingly locked-up.
There's also the enormous boneyard for military aircraft contained by Tucson, part of Davis-Montham AFB. You can see it from Irvington Road east of Kolb, or the Pima Air & Space Museum offer tours, but they must be booked fairly far contained by advance (they're completely popular).
