Looking for an affordable 2 bedroom apartment within a clad neighborhood surrounded by Houston's 77064 closure code?
There are two streets I care just about, because I work on one and may go to gym on the other: Windfern Rd. and Fallbrook are the streets. I involve to be within walking distance of one of them, not both (for me, walking distance is 2.5 miles one way). I can't drive, I hold to walk or help yourself to the bus.
I need an okay, 2 bedroom apartment beside affrodable rent, in neighborhood where on earth there is not alot of crime, and basically white and/or asian population. (My family is of Chinese decsent, and my Grandmother will live next to me. She is old country, and highly afraid in neighborhoods where on earth there are mostly black or hispanic folks. She doesn't hate, but she *is* panicky. At 92, it's not going to change.)

That nouns of town is predominately white, but there will be Asians, Blacks, Hispanics, Indians and adjectives kinds of people-- It's Houston, we are deeply diverse!
Just do some research, and remember, the lower the rent cost the more sketchy of a neighborhood it will be!
well sorry for you and grandma but at hand will be blacks and hsipanics in the nouns. especially if you have to waddle and ride the bus. i suggest you go to rent.com,apartmentguide.com,apartments.c... etc. to find a place. oh yeah by the path, white people can be fearsome too.
