Can Los Angeles feel precipitation?
I mean, some precipitation this weekend caused flooding within Southern California. -.- Some people surrounded by Southern California wish in that was more precipitation down where they live, but when it if truth be told comes, they just cannot fiddle with it, and wish it would budge away, even though if the rain does not create any damage or impair to them. What would happen if they received 40 inches of precipitation annually up from their mere 14 inches?

it's okay, i guess some population don't realy mind others think it's a spasm in the a**, you know what i scrounging. I don't livein LA but i live two hours away from there so it's pretty self explanable. some culture can, but it doesn't rain near often...

Dear Skates, what did you chew over those big concrete canals are for ?? They weren't built by the studios to cause movies in...That is the L.A. River (sometimes---LOL). More those have be killed contained by L.A. due to flooding than earthquakes.not even close surrounded by numbers, really..If we recieved 40 inches of rain later we would rename the city Seattle...Glad I could help.

please. there are 24 million empire living in socal. beside that many inhabitants you SHOULD see a wide hotchpotch of responses. Some hate it, some love it (I do)
But we do live surrounded by a normally dry nouns, so rain response is seldom needed. With 40 inches we'd construct do. Don't think that those silly word reports you see is reality.
Well a great deal of places have gotten flood control systems. I aim if my community didn't get them, we would hold been flooded end night when the storm passed directly over us.
some general public can and some people can't..especially drivers but most associates are used to having a dry year minus alot of rain..i craving it would rain more here but there's alot of problems in the region of mudslides after it rains so some folks might not like it
It's not that we can't feel the rain. The burn areas and other places that enjoy been dry for so long and really prone to mud slides and flash floods. We own a lot of dell areas and opened deserts that are also at big risk for flooding. That is people's main concern next to the rain. Plus, the storm this weekend be an early season storm. It didn't bother me, I be quite pleased to see the rainfall. People do drive a lot worse than usual when it rains, but I approaching the rain myself. And I incontestably think LA can button it.
