Where are the best places for shopping surrounded by Chicago?
I'm visiting chicago within early July, and would approaching to know the best places to buy clothes/shoes etc. Also are there any apt outlet malls, etc further away from the center?

There's Oak Brook (?) mall outside of the city. I give somebody the third degree it only because it's be 16 years since I've been nearby. But hit Michigan Ave. LOTS of fun shopping of every kind.
The Magnificent Mile. Also if you are feeling like to drive 35miles away from the city, go to Woodfield Mall. Unfortunately, within are not outlet malls in the city, jump would have to drive more or less 45 in to an hour west surrounded by a suburb I think is call Aurora.
Woodfield it one of the largest malls in the U.S. (Mall of America contained by Minnesota knocked it out the largest spot.)

Gurnee Mills within Gurnee, IL
Prime Outlet in Huntley, IL
I definatly agree near Michigan Ave. It's an amazing place to shop, and it rivals any district in NY or Paris. Also, do be sure to check out the other malls contained by the close suburbs, and you have to stop at Woodfield Mall, it's in recent times west of the city off of I-90. It's a HUGE precinct, and everyone from out of town LOVES it. Either way, enjoy fun, and don't spend TOO much, haha.

You will definitely want to hit the downtown nouns, especially Michigan Avenue as there are adjectives kinds of stores to check out. In insertion, Macy's (Marshall Field) has its flagship store on State and Randolph and it have another store on the north end of the Magnificent Mile.
As far as outlet stores run, there is other Gurnee Mills which is due north of the downtown area, Lighthouse Marketplace out within Michigan City Indiana (about an hour from downtown), and an outlet mall out surrounded by Aurora.
But Michigan Avenue and downtown Chicago is the place to get to for clothes and more!
I would not suggest the Magnificent Mile. Its passageway too hyped up and have regular stores that are means of access too expensive.
You could head to Chicago Premium Outlets within Aurora (suburb). All name brands at cheap prices. Its accessible air so own some sunscreen on and have lots of hose down.
