Answers:
No. You want to be properly dressed. Not fancy, just not rag.
Yes, it is. All that crap is overrated.
Visit Rodeo just to vote you have be there, but do your shopping within the fashion district downtown. $7 parking and blocks of shopping for adjectives kinds of clothes, accoutrements and fabrics contained by the heart of LA fashion design. There is also a jewelry district handy.
Downtown isn't as pretty, but it is what LA REALLY is. I love it.
I hear from a friend that he wasnt allowed into a high downfall Jewelry store there, while he be shopping with his wife, becuase he have no intention of buying anything, they made him wait outside, but the majority of the stores consent to you in. I just now went to the Gucci store here to get some bright shoes, and I was wearing a duo of nikes, t-shirt, and jeans, nothing spectacular, and they have no issues letting me in, and they have no holdbacks on selling me the shoes I wanted any. The point is just dont dress resembling a smelly bum, and actually be a customer, and they will own no problem letting you in. Even Walmart have standards.
yes
well you can other window shop that factor is free
(well as long as you don't break the window! ;)
I've never been turned away from a store on Rodeo Drive, and I've gone contained by wearing jeans and am just a young person. They don't really want a ton of people cramming into the stores who don't intend to buy things, but I focus you'd have to any look incredibly inappropriate or be loud and obnoxious for them to craft you leave. I tight, there are folks who make significant purchases who might not "look rich" so they aren't going to offend a potential customer and draw from egg on their face by making them sign out. Whatever you do, do not, repeat do not, take pictures inside the stores. That would be a evidence for being asked to will. Also, don't comment loudly on the prices or try on things you absolutely know you cannot afford to buy.neither of these things will be appreciated. Just bring a quick, noiseless peak around and you'll be fine.
To me, the stores on Rodeo are completely boring and not the most minuscule bit interesting, though. I like shopping on near Beverly Drive MUCH better. I adore Anthropoligie.
While you're down in the "Golden Triangle" receive a sweet treat at either Sprinkles or Crumbs (cupcakes...Crumbs is better imo), or Pinkberry (tart fro yo) on Little Santa Monica or Edelweiss Chocolate on Canon Dr.
