I'm from Europe, if you have to choose to work and travel within north dakota or the deep city which would you choose?

I would choose Maryland over North Dakota--N. Dakota is cold. Maryland is on the coast and is great all year round...plus they enjoy yummy crabs!
I'm from MD. Although it's not really exciting here but at least it's much, much better than North Dakota. Do general public really live in Dakota? Just envision that in the winter time. It's categorically not fun.

MD is closer to DC and New York. Ocean city is a vacation spot for poor vacationers surrounded by MD. :-) I don't remember when was the concluding time I went to Ocean city. I'm not an Ocean city hanger-on. It's too crowded in the summer.
