Can you Honestly Afford Americana (a) Brand?
I mean the luxury boutiques, housing, or apartments, or a short time ago going there. With the reduction in recession who can afford this place or to shop within? Who is this place financially geared for?
Answers:
Perhaps, but I will not even know, because I find the in one piece concept so abhorrent that I will never even find out. It is a bigger turnoff than even most malls. I am a moment ago not into that kind of article at all!
I own Not been competent to figure out what these ethnic group do for a living. But it seems to me at hand are more of "us" than "them" and it would sure be nice to have some nice places geared for "us". Meanwhile, Camarillo outlets here I come.
WELL.there will other be a certain segment of our population that CAN afford to live the luxe energy. Often, they are the moguls of entertainment, sports, big business or lottery winners. Plus this is America - score of people own businesses, or investments that can afford them that kind of luxury.
The REST of us hold been tempt & taunted beside the "idea" that we too can have equal things that they ( the rich ) have. Credit cards, no money down mortgages , HELOC loans, payday advance - all designed to save the very empire who SHOULD be conservative spenders - over spenders.
Granted no guns were held to anybody's skull - so I'm not blaming the credit companies - I wont even blame the Marketing industry that encourage the public to reinvent themselves with contemporary EVERYTHING constantly. I'll just influence that the majority of the public spend their lives "imitating" the lives of the rich - and they have the discouraging credit to prove it!
I think that because we are head for a recession - the "luxuries" industry will suffer. The doggie boutiques, scrap book stores, lofty end furniture & clothiers wont see narrative profits - but I'm sure they made enough money when times be good.
I can not quite afford the 99 cents store.
