I need give support to. If anyone knows a intensely good place to live surrounded by indianapolis that not that far from Purdue. Somewhere safe that have nice apartments especially if its close to iupui.

Any place close to IUPUI i.e. a safe and fully clad place to live will be rather expensive. You pretty much enjoy to go to the outskirts of Marion County to find a undisruptive and decent place to live anymore, unless you can afford the expense of downtown. Go towards Greenfield contained by the East or Greenwood in the South. You'll involve a car surrounded by Indianapolis. There is a bus system, but it only works if you live on the bus route, and I would never live within any of those places myself.
It depends on your transportation situation. If you drive, then you can live anywhere surrounded by Indianapolis. Downtown near IUPUI is going to be somewhat expensive because it is downtown. If you enjoy a car, later you can go anywhere north, south, east, west of downtown abou 10-15 and be ok. If you don't hold transportation, then you'll stipulation to find a place on the busline (see indygo.net) or live near IUPUI. I assume you'll enjoy a car since you'll be going to Purdue as capably? That's about an hour drive or so, depending on what side you live on. I recommend south side practical Beech Grove. Not too expensive, not a lot of crime, implicit buslines, and near stores, but close plenty to downtown that you can be there contained by 15 minutes. I would not recommend west side or east side; I've lived on the west side and work on the east side. North side will be somewhat more expensive. Greenwood would work too. Castleton area (northeast) will be category of expensive too.
if you want a place close to IUPUI its gonna be kinda pricey. I dont know your price compass so Ima try my best to help you out. There are alot of nice apartments downtown that are anywhere inbetween 600-1000/month. There are a few nice apartments on the west side of town. 86th street have a few nice apartments (some even have shuttles that pilfer you to IUPUI) I would also suggest the greenwood area. the apartments are nice but it is somewhat of a drive. I'd say-so aroun 20 minutes or so. It really all depends on your budget, your pickiness more or less neighborhoods, and what all your planning to do. Good Luck finding a place and (a) IUPUI
Actually I think it is better to live outside of Indianapolis. Try Columbus. Everybody claims that Anderson is a well brought-up place but I think it sucks.
Actually I live in Greenwood and it isn't far to IUPUI. They do enjoy alot of nice apts that are really inexpensive so you can keep your money for books and expensives.
If you want to live downtown close to IUPUI try checking out the Van Rooey and Stallard websites. These are rental companies that own apartment buildings all over Indianapolis, most downtown. They are pious prices. A very biddable building is St. Agnes. It is about ten minutes from IUPUI downtown, but it help to have a sports car or you can ride the bus. It is a little too far to put your foot. All of the apartments around IUPUI are mega-expensive and it isn't really the safest area. If you could fathom living nearly twenty minutes away, your choices would be much better. Downtown Indianapolis doesn't have oodles good, clad apartments in protected areas. Downtown was never really developed for relatives to live down here. Most live in the outskirts and drive contained by. A nice alternative would be Broadripple. It is a nice area, roughly fifteen minutes from downtown. You can drive downtown without getting on the highway, traffic is angelic, and it is an area beside lots of bars and stores geared towards the college age or a bit older. It's a great, one-off place to hang out and join people. Try looking at Jade North. They own very nice apartments and they are on Broadripple. There is also a running trail and bike trail call the Monon right there i.e. a huge thing contained by Indy. Try apartmentguide.com for some more ideas.
Most apartments in devout locations are going to be a bit pricey. There are some nice apartments at 86th & Allisonville just sour of 465. It's about 30 to 45 to IUPUI from nearby. Your best bet is to find some at 86th and 65 on the west side of town. I can't tell exactly which ones are in attendance, but that part of town is totally nice and growing. 65 will take fund to Purdue and it's a straight shot to IUPUI. Quick 20 minutes with minimal traffic. Whatever you wish, avoid 38th Street at all costs. There are convenient apartments at 38th and I-65. They are risky! While my friends lived there, here was 2 shootings within the parking lot.

I would influence live downtown or Broadripple/Butler Tarkinton area. By far these are the best places to live for students due to the big volume of shops, restaraunts, bars, etc. There seem to be to be new apartments going up everyday and the city keep growing, so you should definately be able to find afforable housing contained by either one of these areas. Purdue is going to be 45 minutes to an hour from anywhere within Indy, so it is all pretty much equal. In my opinion, downtown would be the best bet for you. You would be close to university, close to I-65 which takes you to Purdue and close to of late about everything else that city have to offer. Be assiduous moving to some place like Castleton because the traffic will be much worse than you infer. Best of luck.
