What's The Best City In The US to Party?
On my 21st birthday, I really, really want to have fun. I live within New Orleans, is there any other city better next this as far as nightlife(no casinos) is conserned? Or would I be better off staying here?

Geez ther is plenty. For music general public Austin, TX is great to party. I love it nearby. Vegas is fun. Make sure your 21 or its not too much fun, I experienced that.

21st should be spent next to friends. Unless you are going to ship them all to Las Vegas- New Orleans should be a-okay.
gee, you are within the biggest party city of adjectives time. San Francisco down by the castro is pretty wild, but your unharmed city as soon as nightime comes is one big party. I bet you are looking foward to Jazz fest. Lucky you.
