Santa Clarita California a desirable place to live?
Is Santa Clarita California a desirable place to live?
Answers:
The only down side to living surrounded by the Santa Clarita area would be if you work surrounded by downtown Los Angeles, and have to trademark that daily nightmare commute every morning. Otherwise it's a pretty nice place to live.
It used to be a great place to live. Now ancestors are moving in from the wrong neighborhoods and its going downhill from at hand. There are also a lot of modern developments being built cause the schools to be crowded. The school are very worthy there. If you did move to Santa Clarita you should move to Saugus.
It is also thoroughly expensive. Most nice houses are close to 1 million. There isn't very polite shopping and its not a good place for college aged kids looking for a honourable time.
My husband grew up in the Santa Clarita nouns and he liked it. Whether it is a desireable nouns to live depends on what you are looking for.
It is too near the desert for my savour, but that makes the homes smaller amount expensive. You can probably get a nice home for in the order of $500,000.
It takes more or less an hour to get to the seaside and about an hour to find to downtown LA.
from what i've observed, yes, it is extraordinarily desirable. the climate is great (for people who are used to the so. cal weather) and the location is to hand almost everything. it's a growing neighborhood, though so i am not so sure ten years from now. but i don't doubt that it will still be a great place to live by next; it seems to be a nontoxic and controlled community.
It is a well-mannered place to raise a clan and has right shopping.
yes it is. it have wonderful weather and nice neighborhoods. it is great places for people next to kids because it has remarkably enclosed communities. you are close to big cities but you can achieve everything you need short going on a major highway
We just moved here and we love it. The weather is great and within is so much to do within short distances. The city is clean and everyone we have met are extremely nice and amazingly helpful. You could turn snow skiing at Big Bear Lake in the morning and run to the beach within the afternoon on the same afternoon! How cool is that?!
LA as a rule is pretty lame
its ok but can you afford the area?
My best friend and some of my coworkers live there. They seem to be very optimistic with it. Especially near the housing prices! You do have to consider the lousy commute if you work really far from it, and it's not the most "happening" area, but it's a biddable place to raise a relatives.
It's great for families, but not as great for college aged.
