There are NO Westchester Bee-Line buses running early plenty for you to catch this flight.
Unless you know someone that can drive you up to the Westchester County Airport, outside of spending a LOT of money on a hackney carriage, your ONLY option would be to get hold of to Grand Central and take a Metro-North train at 1:53 AM (Harlem Line) to White Plains (arriving at 2:40AM). From here you would HAVE to take a hackney carriage to the airport...no other choice. I'll give you a couple of numbers since here may not be any cabs at the station around that time.

There are many option just avoid on foremost Holiday like Thanksgiving or Christmas WHEN BEE-LINE BUSES DOES NOT OPERATE ON WEEKEND.

TAKE any downtown train to 42nd St.
If arrive at 42nd St-PABT/Times Sq, pilfer shuttle or if arrived at 42nd St-Bryant Park, take (7). Take them to Grand Central.
Peak fare $8.50/off-peak fare $6.50 ticket to White Plains must be purchase at Ticket Vending Machine (Station window are always long procession and expensive if you purchase onboard. If you used have regular MetroCard, you could also use on Bee-Line Airlink. Bee-Line is $1.75 immediately.
At White Plains Station, you get hang around at off-peak waiting area until 6am and follow sign to black cab pickup. Before you see the transcenter, there will be Bee-Line bus where on earth taxis/buses will be parking on your left side.
Take ride on brand unmarked Airlink, daily bus to Westchester County Airport. This airlink bus meet trains from both direction!!
It is equipped with rack, so you could your luggages/suitcase on it!!
Bee-Line bus will be $2 on March 2nd due to MetroCard Fare Hike. You could salaried in coins.
At County Airport, you could dally for your airplane until your flight for 6am.

Take (1) to 242nd St for Bee-Line 1W, Bee-Line 3;
Option 2: Take uptown 2 to Wakefield-241st St for Bee-Line 40, 41 to White Plains TransCenter.
From there, verbs to Westchester's new W79 bus.
If you're close B station, you could take that to Bedford Park Blvd, verbs to (4) to Bedford Park Blvd for Bee-Line 20/21 bus to White Plains.
They all stop at White Plains Transit Center, and rob Bee-Line's new Airlink bus to Westchester County Airport.
It is also equipped near rack, so you could put your suitcase on it!!
