Yes though it have to be in reheat weather (mostly in spring and summer tme) and the river has to be clear. There's a walking bridge from which stingrays and manatees can be spotted on clear days.
yes, and i used to live on banana river within cocoa beach and i saw manatees anytime the waters be warmenough for them and the stingrays were other swiming around . the water energy was wonderful.
