Is Caesars Palace ventilate?
I hate smoke, and smokers! Last time I go to Vegas, I went to a show within the Flamingo. It was hell going through the casino! Smoke be everywhere, and my mom, who brought me there for my birthday, kept smoking right within front of me while my dad got lost trying to find the means of access out. I was fine at the Hilton, because it be ventilated.
I'm staying at Caesars (I'll probably stir all around Vegas instead of freshly staying at Caesars). Is that hotel ventilated?

All casinos enjoy a ventilation system, some better than others. But Caesars is nice at lowest the last time I be there I did not smell smoke.
Caesars Palace & the Forum Shops are extremely capably "ventilated"
If you have a problem beside smoke. Stay away from the older resorts.

The single hotels I would recommend downtown would be the Golden Nugget and Main Street Station - MSS is only 10 years aged and has enormously good freshening and high ceiling, the GN has be renovated several times.
Not that these places are necessarily bad, but for someone who is extremely sensitive to smoke the the exotic or newly renovated mega resorts hold less of a problem.

Caesars is well ventilate, at least within the rooms and at the casino (can't speak for the show, but in their club it can be a bit smoky). The Flamingo is an elder joint and probably did seize to refurbishing their aeration system.
They adjectives are and they are all trying to hang on to the smoke away from customers. If you entered the address on the map at Google and hit satelite picture, next you will see the Air Conditioner Units on top of the buildings. All I can read aloud is try to spend most of your time at places like the Guineas museum, the tropical exhibit at Mandalay Bay, the pool, the movie theaters at the Orleans, and other places where on earth smoking is not allowed.
One place I similar to is to get a comic book and chill at the top of the stratosphere after I go on the rides.
Caesars and Luxor were powerfully ventilated. I would hold to say that Excalibur and Paris where on earth the 2 that really got to me.
