Living contained by Marana (Tucson) - Continental Ranch / Gladden Farms nouns?

These two communities are not far from a city dump. Does it stink when the wind is right? And how commonly is that? I understand Gladden Farms is a short time closer.

Any plans to change that dump site?

There are not an iota plans to change the dump site. Yes you can smell it almost everyday and no it isn't a pleasant smell.
