theres a mall call the Corner Mall that is on the corner of Washington and Summer street within Downtown Boston. Not many stores contained by there but I love at hand food court. Its next to the Orange rank & Red Line stops (Downtown crossing) an down the street from Park Street (Green Line)

There's another mall surrounded by Cambridge called the Cambridgeside Galleria, everything else is further out surrounded by the suburbs.
