since there is so much manor.and too many houses.i would assume investing in a house surrounded by the city wouldn't be that great because tons of people are ready to drive a little extra time to grasp to work...i mean if you consider about it.family spend hours in traffic contained by crowded cities such as Los Angeles.because of the traffice not necessarily the distance to get to work
