What can anyone make clear to me something like Winchendon, MA ?
job opportunity at hand, but I know nothing almost the area; am a transplant from the W. Coast. What's it approaching, what's it near...etc.

I used to know a guy I go to college who was from within. He would go call in his parents every few weekends or so, and a few times I went near him. It seriously is in the middle of no where on earth. There is nothing to do out in that and even he would agree with me. That is a key reason why he stayed within Boston after college. If you like the thought of being for a time ways from the big city then you will probably similar to it, otherwise it may not be the place for you.
It's closer to Worchester MA than it is to Boston. . . I don't devise there is too much to do out here, but I don't know honestly the small details of living there. You could glibly get to Boston or even parts of New Hampshire if you needed to.
Winchendon is surrounded by the north central fragment of the state, right on the border with New Hampshire, its nearly 80 miles North West of Boston. Its a pretty small rural town with a population of nearly 6,000. It is a typical New England Small town, it doesn't have greatly to do. It is part of Worcester County, and the closest cities are Nashua, NH, Fitchburg, MA and Worcester, MA. I'm not going to pretend to you, its pretty much in the middle of nowhere.
