Direction from Ft. Lauderdale to Tampa?

I wanted to know if it be better to take US-27 to Tampa (no tolls) or I-75(tolls). Does it bring longer on 27 and if so how long.

US 27 goes to Orlando. US 41 go to Tampa. If you take US 41 east to Naples and after get on I-75 in attendance, it's only in the region of 30 minutes longer.
Take I-75 all the route...approx. 260 mi.
