No more than 4 women within a house contained by Maricopa County?
So 3 of my friends and I are looking for a house to buy or rent in Tempe. We be calling around to a few of the houses we looked at, and the one guy we got through to be asking us how many of us within would be living in the house. We told him near were 4 girls, and he said he's sorry but it is dubious for 4 or more unrelated women to live in a house together surrounded by Maricopa County. We had hear some weird stories in the region of this previously, about near not being sororities houses at ASU because of this but we be unable to locate anything to bear out this story. Does anyone know anything about this??

That would solely be true if the house only have one room, but AZ law states 2 adults per room men/women.

I lived surrounded by Tempe for 18 years over by kiwanis park & I never heard of any directive like that, It sounds rediculis. You might wanna try calling the MCSO to verify but it sounds crazy to me, He probably did not want to rent to a bunch of girls.
If i I still have my house I would rent to you.

Noit is not illegal for more than four women to live within one house together. I think that guy newly didn't want to rent to a bunch of girls. Maybe he thought you uys would trash it.
